Job Summary
Balances assigned bank and handles financial transactions for guests in a fast-paced casino environment. Cashes gaming tokens and coins, travelers’ checks, and redeems scripts, coupons, and receipts. Maintains knowledge of facilities and events to advise Guests, assists other cashiers, attends departmental meetings, and ensures accuracy of records and reports under pressure. Provides courteous service to Guests and Team Members and performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Money-handling experience and ability to operate a 10-key
- Ability to pass a math test
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Maintain confidentiality
- Pass Title 31 and SARC Program tests
- Ability to obtain a valid gaming license
- Pass a mandatory drug test
- Evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Proficiency in English
- Must be physically able to perform all job requirements
- Ability to lift 45 pounds occasionally more with assistance
- Able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events
