Job Summary
Balance assigned bank drawers in Cage/Credit; cash chips and gaming tokens into money for guests; cash personal checks and travelers checks; redeem foreign currency with accurate exchange rates; process marker buy-back transactions; handle Keno cash transactions under $500; assist other cashiers; answer phones and assist guests with credit-related issues; maintain high level of guest service and knowledge of casino facilities and events; facilitate information flow through regular departmental meetings; uphold accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental records; promote an atmosphere of fun and mutual respect among employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Some college courses in banking/finance preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Level 2 Gaming License
