Job Summary
Cash tickets, redeem foreign currency, and balance assigned bank while enrolling guests into the Players' Club and explaining membership benefits. Process personal checks, distribute program coupons, and resolve minor guest conflicts related to club activities. Maintain accurate departmental records, attend scheduled meetings, and assist other Cashier Service Representatives to ensure high guest satisfaction. Provide facility information regarding special events and maintain a working knowledge of the Players' Club.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Some college courses in Banking, Finance or related area
- Effective communication skills
- Must be extremely numbers-oriented
- Must be computer-literate
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations
- Must submit to and pass applicable drug test
- Must be bondable
- Must be able to pass a background check in order to obtain a gaming license
Desired Qualifications
