Job Summary
Pay out winning gaming machine tickets, chips, and tokens while strictly adhering to casino procedures for large sums of money. Verify authenticity of tickets and requests, make change, exchange money and tokens, and answer inquiries regarding general gaming procedures. Ensure all required paperwork is signed, obtain customer signatures for payouts over location-set amounts, and verify identification when needed. Maintain accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations. Work Sunday through Tuesday and Friday evenings with weekly earned wage access available.
Required Qualifications
- Experience handling large volumes of cash
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Knowledge of high-volume cash handling policies
- Apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions)
