Job Summary
Provide superior service to internal and external guests while performing varied cashier duties in a casino environment. Responsibilities include cash handling, writing receipts for pay outs, processing changes, currency exchange, check cashing, and credit-card cash advances; balance bank and maintain accurate documentation; operate computer systems and summarize reports. Adhere to AML/Title 31 regulations and all gaming policies; communicate effectively with guests and team members; stand and work in a casino setting with flexible shifts. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), 21+ years old, and the ability to obtain/maintain applicable licenses; background check is required. The role involves prioritizing accurate transactions, security, and customer service in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cashier or teller experience preferred
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission
- Must successfully pass background check
- Must maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data and casino policies
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
