Job Summary
Supervise monetary transactions, vault verification, and ATM/Ticket Kiosk reporting while ensuring compliance with IRS Title 31 regulations and internal controls. Directly oversee Main Bank, Employee Window, and Cage Cashiers, managing staffing, training, and conflict resolution during assigned shifts. Prepare shift-balancing reports and sign daily balance sheets, payroll, and inventory forms. Maintain surveillance equipment clearance and monitor the casino environment for safety and asset protection. Communicate non-routine activities to the Cage Manager and resolve guest or employee concerns. Requires gaming license and experience with Title 31 reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a relevant field of study
- Two (2) years of Main Bank and Employee Window Cage operation experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Currency Transaction Reporting (Title 31) regulations
- Ability to obtain a gaming license in accordance to the regulations established by the Sac & Fox Gaming Commission
- Ability to work directly and interact with the general public
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to read, understand and interpret Currency Transaction Reporting (Title 31) regulations
- Good interpersonal skills
- Tact when dealing with guest or employee issues
- Ability to handle busy and stressful situations
- Flexibility with work shifts and days off
- Ability to meet all internal supervisory or higher, training and education requirements
- Must be confidential
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, reach, grasp and bend for significant periods

- Alertness during an entire shift
