Prepare and staff the breakfast buffet with beverages, pastries, cereals, and yogurt while managing inventory and tracking shelf-life dates with the Maître d'hôtel. Control product reception, organize storage, and ensure proper retrieval of room service trays from upper floors. Maintain the café area and equipment cleanliness, participate in stock inventories, and contribute to morning service briefings. Deliver consistent guest satisfaction through discreet, diplomatic service under the Chef de Rang's supervision. Adhere strictly to hygiene protocols, safety regulations, and internal rules. Seasonal contract for 42 hours weekly with lodging, meals, and an attractive salary plus bonus.
