Job Summary
Oversee 14-18 employees on a daily basis including hiring, training, discipline, and terminations. Follow weekly menus and recipes to be served to customers while adhering to all Food Safety Protocol. Complete operation functions such as ordering, inventory management, and scheduling, plus any other tasks related to the overall operation of a commercial kitchen facility. Requires minimum of 2 years of experience in Institutional Food Service Management or Restaurant Management, ability to lift 25-35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds on occasion, and must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. No Sundays or Holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Institutional Food Service Management or Restaurant Management
- Excellent work history with work related references
