Manage the CNP team at the campus level to ensure zero audit follow-up findings and 100% menu execution. Place daily food and supply orders, monitor kitchen production quality, and verify student meal participation and reimbursement compliance. Maintain sales records, process payments, and enter accurate counts into internal trackers and PrimeroEdge. Conduct breakfast audits, hold weekly employee huddles, and review timesheets bi-weekly. Recruit Food Service Specialists, provide performance feedback, and rotate milk and salad bars to promote nutrition. Report menu errors and policy changes immediately to the Cafeteria Manager.
