Job Summary
Onsite, full-time Cafeteria Assistant III in Las Vegas supporting all aspects of food preparation, presentation, sanitation, and kitchen operations. Responsibilities include hot and cold food preparation, banquets and special events support, FIFO inventory practices, sanitation, cost control, and ensuring high-quality service and compliance with health regulations. The role requires knowledge of food safety, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork and customer service skills, and adherence to company policies. Required Qualifications
