Cafeteria Aide - Methodist

Conduct food preparation and cafeteria service at the UPH Retail Cafeteria, ensuring timely service for employees and visitors while maintaining a sanitary work area. Set up stations, replenish food when pans are half to three-quarters empty, and garnish food daily. Maintain daily temperature logs, keep storage and stations clean, and wash and rotate fresh fruit. Serve a minimum of four customers per minute during busy periods and inform leadership of broken items. Maintain disposable goods inventory and restock items before the end of shift. Accept responsibility for work areas and duties of other positions when needed.
