Job Summary
Maintain servery, kitchen, and dining room cleanliness while ensuring equipment is functional and sanitized. Receive and detail guest orders using clear communication, then apply standardized recipes and POS systems to process transactions accurately. Perform light maintenance, custodial tasks, and cashiering duties to ensure guest satisfaction. Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and security policies while demonstrating a positive attitude toward all guests and co-workers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Requires constant standing/walking
- Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
