Job Summary
Delivers outstanding customer service by following the 3 Steps to Great Service, sharing product sourcing knowledge, and anticipating needs during rushes. Works efficiently across all stations including retail opening/closing, sandwich bar prep, pastry baking, and cleaning duties. Handles cash accurately using company systems like the POS and R365, while maintaining proper safety protocols and reporting hazards or injuries promptly. Supports new hires through training, job shadowing, and modeling expected behaviors in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including Sunday and Monday
- Schedule flexibility, including days of the week and time of day, is required
- Ability to work weekends is required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and speak English required
- Maintains a valid Food Handler's Card at all times
- Must demonstrate regular attendance by coming to work on scheduled working days and being on time
- Ability to add, subtract, and perform basic math with ease required
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to interact with customers for a full shift, in a busy, loud environment with frequent change, while maintaining outstanding customer service required
Desired Qualifications
- Food service experience preferred
