Job Summary
Hustle to serve guests with magical speed by brewing espresso, finishing drinks, and managing food service while maintaining excellent hospitality. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, assist with inventory ordering, and perform dishwashing and general cleaning duties. Stay up-to-date with all menu offerings and taste coffee for quality control throughout your shift. This role requires weekend availability, reliable transportation, and a CA Food Handler's Certification. Join our growing LA-based coffee retail team dedicated to inspiring human connection and building belonging through community-focused hospitality.

- Move about the cafe area frequently during your shift
- Operate job-related tools, such as coffee brewers and espresso machines
- Communicate and converse with customers throughout your shift
- Frequently move coffee/food/merch in bins weighing up to 40lbs
- Be able to taste coffee throughout your shift for quality control purposes
