Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of the café, train and mentor a small team, provide outstanding barista services, prepare, present, and serve food and drinks to a high standard, assist with catering for village events and resident functions, and collaborate with the Chef Manager and wider village team to deliver a welcoming, consistent café experience for residents, families, and visitors.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience running daily operations in a café or hospitality business
