Job Summary
Lead a small café team inside the attraction while helping create a fun, clean, and welcoming environment for guests. Coaching and motivating team members, jumping in during busy rushes, and supporting food & beverage operations are daily priorities. Help manage inventory and supplies, ensure food safety and cleanliness standards, and deliver great guest experiences. Support daily operations as Manager on Duty while celebrating team wins and building morale. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring weekend and holiday availability.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership or shift lead experience
- Strong communication skills
- Hospitality, retail, attractions, restaurant, or entertainment experience
