Cafe Specialist (full-time/part-time)

Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and describe menu items while suggesting products to drive sales performance. Prepare and serve food, coffee, and non-alcoholic drinks, including basic prep tasks like washing, cutting, and assembling items. Maintain food storage, rotation, and handling practices to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, while cleaning and sanitizing all preparation tools, equipment, and surfaces. Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and manage inventory levels by stocking food, merchandise, and supplies. Execute visual merchandising standards, assist with furniture assembly, and support the Kid's Spaces Playroom. Achieve targeted Sales Per Hour (SPH) and company KPIs to maintain strong guest satisfaction results.
