Job Summary
Cafe Site Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Meals on Wheels Café in Richland, serving as the Person-In-Charge (PIC). Ensure compliance with Washington State Food Code, supervise meal setup/service/cleanup, coordinate volunteers, schedule shifts, maintain records (food safety reports, volunteer hours, deposits), and uphold confidentiality. Requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to lead volunteers, and a focus on food safety and customer service; Weekend/evening as needed; daytime schedule Monday–Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License required
- Washington State Food Handler’s Card required or ability to obtain within 14 days of hire
- Food service experience preferred
- supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
