Job Summary
RSA greets guests, answers questions, and conducts sales transactions using a POS. Maintains cash drawer balances, directs guests to areas, demonstrates product knowledge, and engages guests in 1-on-1 conversations to inform them of features and benefits. Uses suggestive selling techniques, maintains a clean and organized store, manages stock through retail pulls and inventories, and upholds visual display standards. Performs opening/closing and side duties (cleaning, polishing, sweeping, folding product), ensures guest satisfaction, and creates memorable experiences aligned with Hard Rock values.
