Job Summary
Cafe Retail Sales Associate at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is responsible for guiding guests through their shopping experience, greeting customers, answering questions, handling sales transactions with a POS system, and maintaining product knowledge and store standards. The RSA will engage guests in one-on-one conversations, perform suggestive selling, maintain cash drawers, restock and organize merchandise, ensure a clean and visually appealing store, and support opening/closing and other duties while upholding Hard Rock’s guest-centric culture and values.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or hospitality environment

- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
