Job Summary
Oversee all café/restaurant operations, including food preparation, presentation, and customer service. Manage, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, monitor health and safety standards, and maintain proper stock levels. Drive sales and profitability by managing operational costs, implementing marketing strategies, and monitoring financial performance to meet business targets. This Café/Restaurant Manager role requires 5 to 8 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
