Job Summary
Manage daily café operations by supervising staff, overseeing coffee preparation, and ensuring sales targets are met. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, and manage staff scheduling and attendance. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction across all shifts. Requires previous café management experience, strong leadership skills, and English communication proficiency. Salary package to be discussed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Café Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in coffee preparation and barista operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
