Job Summary
Cafe Manager at Daily Provisions leads Front of House and Back of House, collaborates with other Daily Provisions managers to ensure best-in-class service and hospitality, educates and supports staff, maintains inventory and cleanliness, enforces HR policies and disciplinary procedures, ensures payroll accuracy and DOL/Health Department compliance, and provides growth opportunities for team members while upholding Enlightened Hospitality across in-store and digital orders.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years management experience in a similar environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field or equivalent expertise
- NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certificate holder
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- English fluency and Spanish preferred
