Cafe Manager

Lead the day-to-day running of the Noosa café, including leading the team during service, recruiting and training staff, and building rosters while managing wages. Handle operational tasks such as ordering stock, maintaining inventory, working with suppliers, managing banking and daily administration, and ensuring high standards across coffee, presentation, and service. Get to know regulars and become part of the local community. You'll be responsible for hiring, training, and supporting staff while making consistently good coffee and staying organized with the business side of running a café.
