Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Rancho cafe, including recruiting, scheduling, and training baristas and food station staff. Manage grocery purchases, supply orders, and financial transactions to ensure the cafe operates within budget. Provide spiritual mentorship and support to the team during huddles while maintaining consistent guest experiences aligned with church values. Handle inventory, food safety compliance, and peak-hour service in a fast-paced environment. Fill in for floor positions when team coverage is low. Collaborate with the San Dimas Cafe Manager to support campus ministry events.
Required Qualifications
- Regular attendee of ONE&ALL Church
- Agree to our Statement of Faith
- Work experience as a Cafe Manager or Barista
- Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines
- Genuine love for the Word of God, hospitality, and discipleship
- Good math and administration skills
- Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service attitude
- High school diploma
- Food service manager card
