Job Summary
Lead cafe operations in Milwaukee as Cafe Manager: drive financial results, develop staff, enforce SOPs, ensure quality of coffee, food, and customer experience, manage training, schedule, and long-term strategic planning. Requires college degree or 3+ years of management experience, proficiency with POS and computer programs, English literacy, ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; standard full-time role with 40 hours/week and benefits including PTO, 401K, and retention bonus.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in a business-related field and/or a minimum of three years work experience in a management or supervisory position
- Proficient skill level for POS and computer programs
- Knowledge of basic mathematics for business usage
- Availability and flexibility for schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, reach, bend and lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Ability to see, read and write in English
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Minimum of 40 hours/week
