Job Summary
LifeTime cafe leadership role: The LifeCafe Lead at the Scottsdale location oversees daily operations, drives high-quality menu execution, team development, and financial accountability while modeling a strong service culture. Responsibilities include managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations, inventory, scheduling, payroll, adherence to LifeCafe systems, controlling labor and food costs, tracking performance metrics, coaching staff on the floor, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring guest experiences meet standards. Requires 2 years of management/leadership experience or culinary/business degree, ServSafe and Alcohol Safety Certification where applicable, and CPR/AED within 30 days. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; prior fast casual or full-service experience preferred.
