Job Summary
Lead daily operations in "The Zone," modeling execution, pace, and hospitality standards while overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house functions. Manage inventory, scheduling, payroll, and financial drivers like food and labor costs to meet performance metrics. Hire, train, and coach team members to foster a positive culture, ensuring compliance with food safety, security, and cleanliness standards. Requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, with two years of management experience and ServSafe certification. Life Time supports a holistic ecosystem for well-being across its 160+ athletic country clubs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience managing food service operations and leading a team
- Strong understanding of labor management, cost controls, and guest experience metrics
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 2 years of management and leadership experience or a college degree in culinary, business
- Experience with fast casual restaurant or full service experience
- ServSafe (or equivalent)
- Alcohol Safety Certification (where applicable)
- CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Culinary, hospitality, or business coursework or degree
- Strong systems orientation and ability to follow through on operational processes
- Experience driving operations and financial performance in a fast Prior or current business owner experience
