Job Summary
Manage daily café operations efficiently by overseeing coffee preparation, barista services, and staff scheduling while ensuring excellent customer service and hygiene standards. Supervise café staff, handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, and monitor stock levels to place orders as needed. Achieve sales targets and operational goals through strong leadership and effective communication. Requires previous café management experience, barista operations knowledge, and English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Café Manager or in a similar role
