Job Summary
Lead from the front as a Cafe Manager, maintaining high standards and driving solutions for both guest experience and team performance. Manage daily operations at Sam's Riverside in Hammersmith and Sam's Waterside in Brentford, two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West London, while fostering a close-knit, family-oriented culture. Communicate clearly and respectfully, taking ownership to motivate and develop staff under pressure. The role requires the right to work in the UK and credible references from former employers. We offer a house salary plus an average tronc, with opportunities for progression and development within our small, honest team that invests properly in its people.
