Job Summary
Lead the Front of House and Back of House teams at Daily Provisions, cultivating a culture of Enlightened Hospitality that drives business objectives and growth. Exhibit expert knowledge of beverage and kitchen stations while ensuring store cleanliness, accurate physical inventory, and full compliance with HR practices, payroll procedures, and DOL/Health Department regulations. Actively participate in the cycle of service, provide guidance for staff development, and identify opportunities to build the growing team. Maintain excellence in both in-store and digital order experiences, ensuring all stakeholders receive consistent, raving-good service.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years management experience in a similar environment
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certificate holder
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field or equivalent expertise gained from time on job
- English fluency
- Spanish
