Café - Lead

Café Lead overseeing the café department in a fast-paced retail setting. Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ordering products to keep the department stocked, maintaining clean and organized department areas, and ensuring efficient service. Duties include managing department operations (greeting customers, expediting orders, handling questions and complaints, processing purchases with correct prices and codes, stocking displays, and overseeing seating areas), inventory control and receiving stock, coordinating with vendors and commissary to maintain stock levels, supervising and training café staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to sanitary and safety guidelines. The role requires strong English communication, the ability to work weekends/afternoons/evenings, and the ability to work in a noisy, hot/cold environment with occasional use of sharp instruments, while maintaining a positive attitude and following company SOPs.
