Job Summary
Lead Café department activities and staff to deliver fast, friendly, high-quality service for customers. Responsibilities include managing café operations, stocking and inventory, processing orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization, adhering to sanitary guidelines, coordinating with vendors and the commissary, training and supervising café staff, and ensuring department standards and procedures are followed. Requires strong customer service, ability to delegate and motivate a team, multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment, attention to detail, and flexibility to work busy retail hours (weekends, afternoons, evenings). Experience in food service and restaurant environments and effective English communication are essential.
