Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by preparing quality hot and cold beverages, assisting with food service, and operating point-of-sale systems. Maintain attractive café displays, ensure stock is presented attractively, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Contribute positively to a supportive team environment while managing high-volume service periods in a fast-paced coffee environment. This role is best suited for experienced baristas with strong coffee-making skills, and candidates must work Monday to Friday or Monday to Sunday depending on the roster.
Required Qualifications

- fixed rotating roster: 6:00am to 12:00pm
- 7:30am to 1:30pm
- Monday to Friday
- 24-30 hours per week
- Monday to Sunday
- Shifts may vary between: 6:00am to 2:30pm
- 11:30am to 8:00pm
- Salary: $64,436 to $67,489 per annum plus 12% superannuation
- Casual Hourly Rate: $40.63 to $42.56 (inclusive of casual loading) plus 12% superannuation
- 1 x Permanent Part-Time & 2 x Casual positions available
