Cafe Host

Cafe Host at St John of God Midland Private Hospital: deliver hospitality and customer service to patients, visitors and staff; make delicious coffees and prepare other hot and cold beverages to menu standards; prepare hot and cold food orders and liaise with kitchen caregivers; process customer payments with accuracy; maintain café presentation, portion control, stock levels, and cleanliness; adhere to food hygiene and safety standards; work across a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking across front-of-house duties; requires a nationally accredited Basic Food Safety certificate; flexible with shifts across a 7-day operation and ability to stand for long periods and lift/move items as needed; opportunities for permanent full-time or part-time roles with a focus on customer experience and service excellence.
