Cafe Helper-Pentucket Lake

Prepare vegetables, soups, sandwiches, and salads while operating mixers, peelers, slicers, dishwashers, and toasters. Clean tables, counters, kitchen equipment, and floors; collect, wash, and store dishes and utensils. Sweep floors and maintain sanitary conditions for refrigerators, cooking ranges, and garbage cans. Receive and check food and supply deliveries; store items properly and assist with inventories, cashiering, and simple record-keeping. This Civil Service position reports to the Lead and Food Service Director, with applicants expected to assume responsibility when the Lead is unavailable. Minimum high school diploma required; food service experience preferred.
