Cafe Cook (Part Time) - Red Rock

Support the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Assistant Room Chef by maintaining kitchen and equipment in good working order while upholding cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. Assist with cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming meats, fish, eggs, and vegetables. Keep the cooking area clean and ensure cold items remain stocked. Requires one to two years of cook experience in a high-volume restaurant, valid work cards, sound judgment, and great attention to detail.
