Job Summary
Cook supports the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef and Assistant Room Chef by ensuring the kitchen and equipment are in good working order, maintaining cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards, and assisting with cooking tasks including frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc. Maintains area cleanliness and keeps cold items stocked; ensures kitchen area and equipment are in good condition. Requires 1-2 years of high-volume restaurant cooking experience and ability to obtain necessary work cards; attention to detail and sound judgment emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
- Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards
