Job Summary
Cafe Chef leads with a spirit of excellence, care, and hospitality, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution of our culinary program. Partners with Front of House and Back of House to enforce systems, routines, and checklists the Daily Provisions way; collaborates with Facilities to maintain equipment and ensure clean, compliant, and inspection-ready kitchens; coordinates with Supply Chain for ordering and inventory; owns Back of House P&L including food cost, waste, and labor; trains and validates team members through thorough station checks and tastings; fosters professional HR practices and a culture of accountability. Requires at least 3 years of culinary/kitchen leadership experience in casual dining, excellent food and beverage knowledge, and ability to train and develop BOH team members; English fluency preferred with additional languages a plus. Certification in hospitality-related field preferred.
