Job Summary
Cafe Chef leads with a spirit of excellence, care, and hospitality to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of the culinary program; collaborates with Front of House and Back of House to enforce systems, routines, and checklists; maintains equipment and HACCP/allergen protocols; manages ordering, inventory, and product management; owns Back of House P&L including food cost, waste, and labor; trains team members and conducts station checks; fosters professional HR practices and accountability; opportunities to collaborate with senior culinary leadership and notable chefs; compensation in the $80k–$85k range with performance-based bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in culinary/kitchen leadership and casual dining
- Certification in a Hospitality-related field, or equivalent, preferred
- English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
- Experience in training and developing Back of House Team members
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

- Casual dining experience
- Certification in a Hospitality-related field, or equivalent, preferred
