Job Summary
Casual Café Chef needed for day shifts in Manly (Manly Pacific precinct). Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items, maintain quality and portion control, support peak periods, follow food safety and WHS procedures, assist with stock rotation and kitchen organisation, and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams. 25–35 hours per week, day shifts only, casual employment with staff benefits and opportunities for development.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cafe/brunch/fast-paced kitchen experience
- strong organisational and communication skills
- ability to work under pressure
- availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays
