Job Summary
Independent, energetic café barista responsible for elevating guest experience across multiple Colorado locations. Duties include cash handling, operating POS systems, following food safety procedures, receiving and inspecting deliveries, maintaining high standards of product quality, and supporting overall service excellence. Requires at least 1 year of barista or café experience and ability to commute to Littleton, Highlands Ranch, and Parker cafes. Supervisory/management experience is preferred but not required; strong customer-focused mindset and capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment are essential.
