Job Summary
Welcome members and guests, take orders, and deliver food in a friendly, efficient manner. Process and prepare food and drink orders, assist with service requests, and ensure accuracy and quality standards are met. Balance cash and charge drawers at shift open and close, then maintain a clean work environment by cleaning and stocking supplies. Complete side duties before and after shifts and perform other assigned tasks. This role requires a current AZ Food Handlers Card, six months of food or customer service experience, and CPR certification within 30 days of hire. Candidates must be flexible for varied shifts, reliable, and able to work independently in a high-end health club setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current state of AZ Food Handlers Card
- Six months of basic food/customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Must be flexible to work varied shifts
- Must be able to work cooperatively with others
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Friendly & energetic with strong verbal communication skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- CPR certification within 30 days of hire through Company training
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds of force
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds of force occasionally
- Close visual acuity
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk frequently
- Ability to bend frequently
- Ability to grasp, reach, push, pull, and kneel
- Ability to express ideas by spoken word
- Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication
- Ability to discriminate in sound
- Ability to perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels

- Back of the House experience
- Cafe or restaurant experience in high-end health club or country club/resort setting
