Job Summary
The Café Server & Barista will prepare and serve coffee, food, and beverages while ensuring a friendly and timely experience for members and guests. Responsibilities include taking and delivering food and drink orders, maintaining cleanliness, completing opening and closing checklists, and participating in department meetings. Key skills required are strong communication, customer service, and organizational abilities, along with physical stamina to handle moderate lifting and fast-paced environments.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge in recommending, pouring, and serving wine, beer, and spirits
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Current Food Handlers Certificate
- Current Responsible Vendor or TIPS Certificate
