CAFE ATTENDANT

Greet members and guests professionally, take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, and provide prompt service while addressing requests and communicating concerns to the Supervisor. Prepare and serve beverages including coffees, cocktails, and smoothies, maintain quality presentation, and ensure orders are delivered quickly and accurately. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by wiping counters, sweeping guest areas, emptying trash, and cleaning equipment at the end of the shift. Restock coolers with beverages and snacks, replenish supplies, and assist with organizing storage areas using FIFO methods. Follow all health, sanitation, and safety standards, including responsible alcohol service policies. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and complete assigned side duties during slower periods.
