Job Summary
Cafe Associate at SCHEELS to craft the experience by making gourmet coffee, serving grill items, and hand-crafting fudge and candy that delights customers. You will master the menu from the deli line to the barista station, ensure recipes and food safety, and maintain a world-class dining environment. You’ll help run the shop by managing daily cleaning schedules, overseeing cash handling, and mentoring new team members. Maintain a clean, professional workspace and contribute to a high-energy, respectful team culture. Position is year-round and part-time, with 15-20 hours weekly across 2-3 shifts (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM) and weekends. Pay is $17.00/hour. Education preferred: High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months of related experience.
