Job Summary
As a Café Associate, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest in a location nestled within Lassen Volcanic National Park. You’ll prepare delicious food and beverages according to our recipes and quality standards, take guest orders, operate the cash register, keep the café clean and guest-ready, and support daily operations while working alongside a fun, collaborative team. The role emphasizes customer service, food safety, teamwork, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to memorable guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous café, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe and/or State Food Handler Certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
