Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately using the point-of-sale system, and prepare a variety of beverages and food items according to established recipes. Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area, restock supplies, and follow all health and safety regulations for food handling and sanitation. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, assist with opening and closing duties including cash handling, and continuously enhance the customer experience by anticipating needs. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, sometimes until 6pm. Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, sometimes until 6pm
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a per-employment drug screen and background check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Barista experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
