Job Summary
Proactively engage guests in a high-energy café environment as a high-end service specialist and digital banking guide. Share the value of Capital One's products through genuine conversation, simplifying complex digital tools and troubleshooting tech challenges. Host and support local events promoting financial health while advocating for customers and resolving escalated situations in alignment with compliance requirements. Move throughout the café to foster an inclusive environment, ensuring every guest feels welcome. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments and attend required training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
- Applicants must be able to attend all required training sessions
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
- Moving/standing for extended periods of time
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of banking experience
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
