Café Ambassador- Kenwood Towne Centre

As a Café Ambassador at Capital One’s Kenwood Towne Centre, you’ll move throughout the Café serving as a high-energy banking guide and brand steward, engaging guests with the value of Capital One’s products through genuine conversations and community-focused events. You’ll help guests master digital tools and troubleshooting, host local events promoting financial health, advocate for customers while adhering to compliance requirements, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment. The role emphasizes relationship-building over traditional sales quotas, requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays, and involves staying active in a dynamic, community-focused café setting. Strong written and oral communication skills, and 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience are preferred; an Associate’s degree and banking experience are a plus. Training and assessments may be required, and Capital One does not sponsor new applicants for employment authorization for this position.
